Clear handling for audit data.
Last updated September 23, 2026. This plain-language notice explains the information MentionLedger collects when you use the public audit and request a report.
What you enter
The audit may use a business name, website, category, service area, customer description, buyer question, and any answers or source URLs you choose to save in the test lab. The optional email on the first page stays in your browser until you request the full report. That request asks for a first name and business email.
Where it is stored
Audit progress, test observations, and marked actions are saved in your browser for the business profile you entered. A report request is sent through Resend to notify Holley Design Co. and email you a confirmation. If email delivery is unavailable, the form may use Netlify Forms instead. Do not enter passwords, private customer records, health information, or other sensitive data into the audit.
How it is used
We use the information to run the requested public-site audit, display and unlock the report in your browser, respond to the request, and discuss relevant implementation services. We do not claim that manually pasted AI answers are independently verified. The downloaded report is not automatically attached to the confirmation email.
Your choices
You can clear browser storage to remove local workspace history. To ask about or remove a lead submission, contact hello@holleydesignco.com. You can also use the contact page.
